At MUJI, we aim to provide a simple and functional shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached; please note that innerwear, food, and final sale items are non-returnable.

  Initiate Request

  Log into your MUJI account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the original packing slip and affix the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
